What we do
We offer a comprehensive service from project preparation through to implementation. Our main focus is
Transport, water, environment, EU funding implementation, project finance, project management, as well as science and research.
Our main goal as a consultant is a satisfied client and therefore we provide quality services with a personal professional approach bringing significant added value to the client.
Right
We deal with all areas of transport – urban roads, roads and motorways, railways and underground rail transport, including bridges and tunnels. We provide transport planning, feasibility studies, design work and supervision of construction and rehabilitation.
Water and environment
We prepare environmental projects, particularly infrastructure projects in water and waste management, air protection and renewable energy.
Our other activities include environmental impact assessments of buildings, audits, land use planning, brownfields redevelopment, use of natural resources and ecosystems while preserving the biodiversity of the area, in particular the implementation of the NATURA 2000 network.
EU funds and project financing
We participate in the preparation and control of individual operational programmes of EU funds and their methodologies. We prepare individual applications for support from EU funds, especially financial and economic analyses. We deal with complex management of PPP-based projects, ranging from drafting concession projects, organising tenders for securing loan financing, selecting operators of public works to technical advice to financial institutions.
Project management – public infrastructure and civil engineering
Our main objective in the area of project management for public infrastructure and civil engineering projects is to meet the client’s requirements while optimising the use of funds according to the concept of “value for money”, taking into account the lifetime costs and benefits of the projects. We provide construction manager services (technical supervision of the investor) on selected construction sites (also according to FIDIC standards) and perform comprehensive project management of infrastructure projects.
Science and research
Based on decades of experience on construction sites, we know the issues that need to be addressed in research engineering projects. We apply the results of our science and research in practice and in the development of technical publications and standards.

We provide services to state, county and local governments, owners or managers of public infrastructure, industry, utility regulators, developers, banks, funding agencies and NGOs.
