Peter Kalas, Chairman of the Czech Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCCSD), and Tomas Janeba, President of Czech Infrastructure Association (ARI), invited Jonathan Wootliff, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Business Adviser and a former Communications Director GREENPEACE International, to explain how the Czech Republic can contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation, where it sees future champions, risks and opportunities.
Jonathan also introduced the Project RETHINK, a CEO-led Net-Zero platform for companies in the Czech Republic to work together to proactively seize the opportunities and address the risks of the green transition and carbon neutrality by 2050 under the leadership of CEOs and leading companies in the Czech Republic. Since the autumn of 2021, this business platform is to act as a catalyst for sustainable, resilient and socially sensitive economic recovery in the Czech Republic using digital technologies. More about the Project RETHINK learn HERE.
