How to prepare for future uncertainties and their impact on the life and goals of cities?
In the long term, resilient cities are able to respond effectively and cost-effectively to current and persistent disruptive events such as climate change, natural disasters, pandemics or cyber and other attacks, adapting to improve their response systems. These are cities that have the capacity to absorb, recover and prepare for future shocks (economic, environmental, social and institutional). Resilient cities promote sustainable development, prosperity and inclusive growth.
The webinar will be moderated by Petr Dovolil, Mott MacDonald and Tomáš Janeba, President of ARI.
